Requirements
: I require experience in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role.You should possess strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic networking.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.I am looking for a proactive, customer-focused approach to work.A full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle are necessary. Responsibilities: I expect you to respond to helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.You will support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and general networking setups.I need you to install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.In cases of complex issues, you will escalate matters to senior engineers as required.Delivering a high standard of service and communication to all users is a key part of the role.
